Internship placements into New Zealand companies, the Institute needed a site to appeal to net-savvy international students looking for overseas work experience. Optimised for Google ranking, Joomla backend for content management and a complex form system for registering new students and host companies.
Medical resources website, professionals and clinicians can login to the site and access resource material. Video downloads, powerpoint presentations and pdf documents make up the bulk of the resource material. Video was taken during a meeting of the leading Rheumatology experts from across the world, these presentations are available to view as streaming video, or download as slide decks.

Joomla CMS using Community Builder, the membership is controlled through member accounts, allowing them to log in and enter their profiles, add a portfolio of images, link to their web and social networking sites. Also takes membership payments and uses Google Geo tools to put them on the map automatically, for ease of use by the public looking for signwriting services.

E-commerce website, selling art internationally. Allows full online ordering functionality, multicurrency cost indicator, account creation and much more. Emphasis on good Google ranking for their artist’s names, with worldwide sales requiring high visibility.

E-commerce website – Gorgeous Italian designer footwear for children. Joomla CMS with Virtuemart cart, simple article pages, newsletter and Analytics running for stats. This supplied design needed extensive Virtuemart customisation to match the brief.

E-commerce website offering railroad modellers trackside accessories. This is a highly focused site with a very specific market. Robust Joomla CMS using the Virtuemart cart allows a highly functional site with many options for the administrator.

Glover’s website allows automated listing of properties through a custom publishing gateway, while good solid search engine work gives them visibility in their niche West Auckland market. Supplied design, using Joomla and a customised version of Hot Property.

Medical site for GPs across Asia-Pacific. Following a symposium this year the site has all the medical information raised at the symposium available for download by medical professionals. the client can upload new material, manage the doctor’s accounts and monitor who downloads resource files, to see which resources are being used.

Specialist travel operator. Clients register and fill in hundreds of questions to book a whalewatching tour to Tonga. Covers everything – tour, accommodation, flights, insurance, special diets, medical problems, transfers between airport and accommodation, staged payments etc etc etc. At the other end, the tour operators print out a report giving them a list of daily airport transfers, daily lunch numbers (with special diets) for each boat, accommodation numbers to each hotel, medical details for each client on each boat. Newsletters for marketing to clients. Company runs entirely on this system.

Ordering process automated and systemised – clients submit images and place orders for garments, draft images are exchanged until signoff, process is notified to client from order to delivery. Automates client contact and order management.

Residential drug and alcohol counselling. In-house system manages all patient records and documentation, Counsellor timesheets for payment, session numbers and bed-day reporting for government funding requirements. Company runs entirely on this system.
Elixir Extranet

Client management system for proofing print-ready documentation. Specialist writers and pre-press layup, they use the system to put files up that are too large to email, clients download them, comment on them, put them up again. Elixir can monitor when files are downloaded, create and delet client accounts etc.

Team of clinicians take referrals online from GPs and child agencies. Client record management system for allowing all psychologists to share the patient history and all documentation. Secure site with medical information.
English New Zealand Extranet

Language school association. Gathers information from all members and presents total figures for reporting. Allows each school to log in and enter their own data, view their own reports and the overall New Zealand-wide figures.
